　　預包裝鎂合金陽極是我公司為適應工程建設高節(jié)奏的施工要求，在以往單支犧牲陽極的基礎上，輔以套裝配件組裝而成。使顧客施工更方便，滿足顧客需求。套裝鎂合金陽極，由犧牲陽極1支，一根VV1* 10mm2電纜若干米，填包料若干公斤，棉布口袋1條，塑料編織袋1條組成。裸陽極首先和電纜連接，連接部位用環(huán)氧樹脂密封，然后加填充料封裝在棉布袋里。組裝鎂陽極的質(zhì)量指標為：電纜連接電阻低，電纜連接強度高。填充料的構(gòu)成為：

　　Pre-packed magnesium alloy anode is assembled by our company on the basis of single sacrificial anode and supplemented with set accessories to meet the requirements of high speed and high efficiency in engineering construction. Make customer construction more convenient to meet customer needs. The magnesium alloy anode is composed of 1 sacrificer anode, a VV1* 10mm2 cable of several meters, several kilograms of packing material, a cotton pocket and a plastic woven bag. The bare anode was first connected to the cable, the connection was sealed with epoxy resin, and then filled in a cotton bag. The quality index of assembled magnesium anode is: low cable connection resistance, high cable connection strength. The composition of filling material is:

　　(1)石膏粉：75%、(2)膨閏土：20%，(3)無水硫酸納：5%

　　(1) Gypsum powder: 75%, (2) bentonite: 20%, (3) anhydrous sodium sulfate: 5%
